Half through 2021 Ashlyn made the brave move to Christchurch from Te Puke for school and netball opportunities. She played for the Christchurch U18 team at national tournament in, this will see her up against her former Tauranga teammates. A speedy centre with great vision.

Later she moved to Auckland to study accountancy and further develop her netball skills.
