Bree was Head girl at Hauraki Plains College where she was Headgirl and Dux. She juggled her leadership role with academics and competing in surf life saving. She also represented NZ in swimming at the Worlds and regional netball. Bree has also spent time in the pool and represented NZ in the World Deaf Championships in 2019. Her focus in Surf Life Saving turned to iron and ski events and she was all set for Nationals in March 2021  but the event was cancelled due to Covid.

Graduated from Bond University, Australia, with a fast tracked Bachelors Degree in Exercise Physiology, completed in 2 years. Bree is based over in Australia training and racing with the best in the world from Northcliffe SLS Club. 

Bree is currently working as a Sports Recovery Specialist, competing in Surf Life Saving and volunteering as a surf lifeguard.
