Hayley was a student at Palmerston North Girls High School and is our 1st triathlon representative at the Foundation. In 2022 Hayley placed third in the NZ Secondary Schools National Champs after returning from injury, having won the title the previous year. She also won aga group titles in National Secondary Schools Champs for the Cycling Points Race, Athletics and Cross Country.

In 2024 Hayley regained the NZ Sec. Schools title and also placed 1st in the mixed team relay. At the Oceania Junior Elites U19 Triathlon Cup she earned a podium finish with 3rd overall and the 1st New Zealander  and a gold medal in the mixed team relay at the same event. At the World Triathlon Championships in Torremolinos, Spain she competed in both the Junior U19 individual category and  the U23/Junior Mixed Relay team.

In 2025 Hayley has gone on to compete in the Asia Triathlon Cup in Osaka, Japan.
