Ngāpuhi

Imani is a Basketball and Netball player attending Westlake Girls High School.

At 16, she competes at the highest levels in both basketball and netball. In basketball, she has been named in the NZ U17 squad, plays for North Harbour Basketball, and has earned a junior development spot in the Kahu women's professional squad in the Tauihi league for 2026.

In netball, she was selected for the 2025 New Zealand Secondary Schools team and named Westlake Girls Sportswoman of the Year.

At the U20 NZ National Tournament, competing as a 16-year-old against older players, she was named Defensive Player of the Tournament and selected in the All Star 5. In 2026 she represented NZ at the FIBA U17 Women’s Basketball World Cup in the Czech Republic. Competing against the world's best young basketball players, Imani played a key roles in helping NZ achieve a historic 5th-place finish, highest-ever placing by a NZ women's team at a FIBA World Cup event.
