Sera represented Auckland at age group levels in netball. At the beginning of 2020 she moved to St Peters School Cambridge to pursue her netball goals under Te Aroha Keenan’s guidance. She moved into Waikato colours at the U18 netball tournament. In 2022 Sera was named in NZ Secondary School squad.

She played in the Waikato BOP SNL Summer Squad in 2022/23. In 20204 Sera was selected for the Samoan netball squad to play in the Pacific netball series in Brisbane, Australia.
