We were privileged to enjoy dinner with Dame Valerie Adams, who inspired the girls with stories of her sporting journey.
Trustee Tayla Dalton, fresh from her graduation in the US, spoke movingly about her mother Tania and emphasised how the TDF sisterhood is a lifelong connection.
